Bracelet Size Guide

To ensure a perfect fit, measure your wrist with fabric tape or a piece of string and a ruler. Wrap the tape or string around your wrist where you want the bracelet to sit. Make sure it's snug but not too tight. If using string, mark where the end meets the string, then measure that length with a ruler. Add about 1/4 to 1/2 inch (0.6 to 1.3 cm) if you want a looser fit, or keep it as is for a snug fit. That's your bracelet size! Use this measurement to choose a bracelet that will fit comfortably.

It's important you measure correctly as these bracelets cannot be adjusted. We use strong, non-fray elastic cord. The cord is pre-stretched before beading and knotting to prevent sagging while wearing. It will never be unbreakable, however, it is made to withstand stretching from putting it on and taking it off.

How long does it take to ship an order?
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Currently, most items ship between 1-3 business days. Large/wholesale orders typically ship within 5 business days.

Can you send an order directly to the recipient on my behalf?
For sure! Fill out the recipient's information in the shipping section & if you'd like a note added, let me know in the "Note to Seller" section at check out!

Can you add a message to the inside of my card?
Absolutely! Under the "Add to Cart" button, there is an option to leave a "Note to Sender". Please enter the message you'd like to be hand written in the card.

Customs & import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations:
You can request a cancellation before the item has dispatched (excluding custom orders).

Returns & exchanges:
