How long does it take to ship an order?
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Currently, most items ship between 1-3 business days. Large/wholesale orders typically ship within 5 business days.

I need my order faster. Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, I do! Please select a shipping upgrade at check out for more shipping options.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
I certainly do! Please contact me to make arrangements in the Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo area.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
I do! Please contact me & provide as much information as possible so that I can send you back a quote (product name, quantity, date needed & location).

Can you send an order directly to the recipient on my behalf?
For sure! Fill out the recipient's information in the shipping section & if you'd like a note added, let me know in the "Note to Seller" section at check out!

Can you add a message to the inside of my card?
Absolutely! Under the "Add to Cart" button, there is an option to leave a "Note to Sender". Please enter the message you'd like to be hand written in the card.

Customs & import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations:
You can request a cancellation before the item has dispatched (excluding custom orders).

Returns & exchanges:
I don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
